New Local Organic Box Delivery Scheme

Woodfield Organics have recently begun their deliveries in Ealing and other parts of West London. They supply seasonal fruit and vegetables, sourced as locally as possible (from an East Anglian producer co-op plus one co-op in Italy). No items are airfreighted. As an example of prices, their starter veg box, around 4 kg with 8 varieties, is £9.25, and delivery is free.

They aim to beat supermarket prices, and recent checks show that they have been quite a bit cheaper even before supermarket delivery charges.
